Holy Cross Advances to Mock Trial National Championships

Mock Trial State Champs

Holy Cross High School Mock Trial Team recently won the Pennsylvania State Mock Trial Championship in Harrisburg and will be representing the State of Pennsylvania at the National Mock Trial competition this month in Athens, Georgia.

Participants include, seated in front: Sarah Mies, Lauren Palmiter, Elizabeth Arbie, Maggie Arcuri.

“The Poets” Take Their Final Bow

The Poets are synonymous with musical entertainment. For 56 years, the musical group has brought joy to thousands of people at clubs, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries and special events.

The band has also opened for many national acts that performed here and also inspired others to get into the music business. What began in 1963 took its final curtain call in April.

UNICO Members Volunteer at Bunny Hunt

UNICO Bunny Hunt volunteers

Dunmore’s Keystone Chapter UNICO participated in UNICO National Day of community service on Saturday, April 20. In the morning, Keystone Chapter volunteered at the Elite Bunny Hunt at Saint Anthony’s Playground. Keystone UNICO also donated $500 toward this annual event.
