
Diocese of Scranton officials are planning the ninth annual St. John Vianney Vocations Golf Classic to be held Monday, July 9, at Blue Ridge Trail Golf Club in Mountain Top.

Dr. Joseph Evan, provost and vice president for academic affairs at King’s College, recently announced that Jenna Kimmerle and Jillian Korgeski, both of Dunmore, are among those students who have qualified for the Spring 2018 dean’s list.
The Dunmore Lions Club recently held its 37th annual Scholarship Award Banquet at La Buona Vita Restaurant.
