DHS Graduate Named to Chamber’s Board of Directors

Chamber Alpert PicMegan Alpert, a graduate of Dunmore High School, is among five persons named to the Board of Directors of The Greater Scranton Chamber of Commerce, the region’s premier member-based business organization, for a three-year term.

Ms. Alpert is a senior financial advisor with Preate, Behr, Alpert and Yanoski Group of Merrill Lynch.

Other new board members include: Ryan Flynn is the senior vice president and market manager for Entercom Wilkes-Barre/Scranton; Jessica Kalinoski is the director of operations for Admiral Management Services; Eric Pusey, RPh, is the owner of Medicap Pharmacy in Olyphant, and Alana Roberts is the regional affairs director for the Northeast Region for PPL Corporation.

The Greater Scranton Chamber of Commerce is a not-for-profit organization that works to improve the area’s economic environment and quality of life by providing programs and services which stimulate economic growth, promote business prosperity and nurture educational opportunities.

SLIBCO (Scranton Lackawanna Industrial Building Company) recently named its Board of Directors for 2018-19. SLIBCO is the not-for-profit industrial development affiliate of the Greater Scranton Chamber of Commerce.
