UNICO Hosts 2nd Annual High School Choral Competition

Dunmore’s Keystone Chapter UNICO conducted its second annual High School Choral Competition at Peoples Security Bank Theater at Lackawanna College.

This year twice as many choral groups participated with six competing for First Place recognition with monetary prizes as well as a People’s Choice Award.  Next year’s Choral Competition has been scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 28.

UNICO Members Make Donation to NEPA Youth Shelter

Youth Donation 2020The Keystone Chapter UNICO made a $250 donation to the NEPA Youth Shelter at their March Board Meeting.  Maureen Maher-Gray, executive director, gave a presentation on the goals of the Youth Shelter and what is needed to keep it running on a daily basis.
