Every year employees from PennDOT District 4 Engineering Office in Dunmore conduct a Holiday Wish Program with donations collected from district employees.

This year the district will help 65 people at the Domestic Violence Service Center in Wilkes-Barre with gifts donated by Once Upon Child Consignment Shop, Dickson City.  They will also provide 37 patients at the Mid-Valley Health Center, Peckville, with Christmas gifts.
