PSU Alumni Association makes donation to Allied Services

Representatives from the Greater Scranton Chapter of the Penn State Alumni Association recently presented Allied Services with a $1,000 donation towards the health system’s endeavors for continued staff education and development. The Greater Scranton Chapter is the largest Penn State alumni organization in Northeast Pennsylvania, representing alumni and friends from all 24 Penn State University campuses who reside in Lackawanna and Wyoming counties.

THIS MONTH: Penn State Alumni Assoc. Recruitment Night

The Greater Scranton Chapter of The Penn State Alumni Association will hold its annual “Recruiting Night” on Friday, Feb. 3, at with doors opening at 6 p.m. at Arcaro & Genell, Old Forge.

For the eight consecutive year, the guest presenter will be Donnie Collins, columnist and Penn State beat reporter for the Scranton Times-Tribune. Collins will present a video presentation at 7 p.m. of the incoming Penn State football recruiting class. He will also include a discussion of the football program and host a Q&A session.

There are no membership requirements. Suggested donation is $5 per person and will include pizza, soft drinks and salad.
