The 24th Brian Forgione Foundation Memorial Golf Tournament was held recently at Sands Springs Golf Course. The Foundation has completed its 14th year as a Suites and Sneakers Premier Sponsor for Coaches vs Cancer of NEPA with contributions to the American Cancer Society nearing $130,000. The Foundation will have donated over $300,000 to our local community supporting individuals affected by cancer, donating to support public charities and awarding scholarships to Dunmore High School college bound student athletes. Yellow shirts were presented to the 2025 golf champions of the tournament in honor of cancer survivors and those who have lost their battle to cancer. The foursome who received their yellow shirts were: Michael Dougherty, Sean Dempsey, Sal Marchese, and Jerry Longo.
