The Lackawanna County Commissioners gathered with representatives from UNICO Scranton around a collection box in the lobby of the Government Center for the annual UNICO/Friends of the Poor coat drive. New or gently used coats, to be distributed to those in need through the Friends of the Poor/Catherine McAuley Center, can be dropped off at the Government Center during normal businesses hour until Christmas week.
