The Keystone Chapter UNICO National will conduct its annual Charity Pig Roast on Saturday April 9, at Fiorelli’s Banquet Hall in Peckville. The event will run from 6 to 10:30 p.m. and is open to the public. It is priced at $50.
This year’s primary beneficiary is The Voluntary Action Center. The V.A.C. provides many services including, but not limited to, Ombudsman, Tax Preparation, Big Brothers Big Sisters and The Christmas Holiday Bureau. The evening will include being greeted by “Sweet Charity,” the UNICO Pig Roast mascot; a photo booth; two hours open bar with hors d’oeuvres during the first hour and a sumptuous Italian buffet during the second hour.
Also, E.J. The D.J. will provide music for listening and dancing pleasure throughout the evening. Also featured will be the ever popular “Wilbur The Money Pig” and the “Money Umbrella” Raffles, as well as the Multiple Basket Raffle. Tables of 8 and 10 are available.
