UNICO Presents Donation to Make-A-Wish

Keystone UNICO presented a donation to Make-A-Wish of Greater Pennsylvania, as part of the ongoing “Random Act of Kindness Program” at their January meeting at Colarusso’s Coal Fire Pizza.

The goal of Make-A-Wish is to grant the wishes of local children who live with the fear and uncertainty of a life-threatening disease.  In Lackawanna County alone, 300 children have been recipients of a “Magical Wish” since 1983.

Anyone who would like to donate, can send a check payable to “Make-A-Wish” to 327 North Washington Avenue, Suite 501, Scranton, PA 18503. For more information, call Maggie O’Brien, Regional Manager at 570-341-9474.
