Philadelphia Eagles long snapper and America’s Got Talent finalist Jon Dorenbos will be the keynote speaker at the Greater Scranton Chamber of Commerce’s 149th Annual Dinner, sponsored by PNC Bank.
A NFL player for the past 14 years, Dorenbos most recently wowed America with his inspirational performances on NBC’s hit television show, America’s Got Talent. Dorenbos finished in third place among thousands of competitors. His performances emphasize the importance of choice, drawing from Dorenbos’s personal tragedy when his father, a Microsoft consultant, brutally murdered his mother when he was 12 years old. Dorenbos chose to rise through adversity, set goals, no matter how high, and then plan and execute the necessary steps required to achieve them.
As a professional keynote speaker since 2008, Dorenbos has motivated and wowed audiences including the NFL, Screen Writers Guild, Boeing , Lincoln Financial, Jackson Financial, Taco Bell, the NBA, Hard Rock, Merrill Lynch and numerous other Fortune 500 companies.
The Chamber Annual Dinner will be held on Wednesday, March 29, 2017. For tickets or for more information, visitwww.scrantonchamber.com.
