Gemma Bistran emcees Ronald McDonald House Champions of Hope Gala

Gemma Bistran, a senior at Holy Cross High School, was asked to emcee the recent Ronald McDonald House Champions of Hope Gala in Philadelphia. This gala is a benefit to raise money for the Ronald McDonald Room on the oncology floor at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and the Ronald McDonald camp for kids with cancer. Gemma has been a camper for the past four years. The gala raised over $500,000 which will aid so many pediatric cancer patients in their fight. Holy Cross is so proud of Gemma as she continues to Shine His Light with her incredible commitment to charity.
