The 8th annual NEPA Girls STEM Competition took place at Valley View High School and was sponsored by the United Way.  Each team competed in science, technology, engineering and math events.  Two sixth grade teams represented the Dunmore Elementary Center. 

Students from In Our Girls STEM Era team included Nyla DelVecchio, Mackenzie Dolphin, and Adriana Rivera. They earned first place in the math event and first place overall.

Students from The 3 Best Bucks team from Dunmore Elementary Center  included Emma Farris, Maggie Killian, and Olivia O’Brien.  They earned 5th place overall.
