ABOVE: Dunmore Junior/Senior High School STEM students Conor Roberts, Oum Patel and Giulietta Escobar competed in the Northeast Regional Bridge Building Competition at North Pocono High School on March 16.

Conor placed first, with an efficiency of 1617.76 and second place in the architectural excellence category. Giulietta placed third, with an efficiency of 634.10, and Oum placed fifth, with an efficiency of 583.33. Conor will compete in the International Bridge Building Competition in New Philadelphia, Ohio, on April 27.
