The Intra Borough Boys Basketball Championship Game between Dunmore and Holy Cross High Schools was held on Monday, January 15 at Dunmore High School. The Dunmore Lions Club sponsors the game to help defray their College Scholarship Program which is now in its 43nd year of existence.
This year the Holy Cross Crusaders defeated the Dunmore Bucks by a score of 59 to 53.

The Intra Borough Girls Basketball Championship Game between Dunmore and Holy Cross High Schools was held on Wednesday, January 17 at Holy Cross High School. The Dunmore Lions Club sponsors the game to help defray their College Scholarship Program which is now in its 43st year of existence. ‘
This year, the Dunmore Girls defeated the Holy Cross Girls by a score of 55-17. The Lady Bucks are ranked number 4 basketball club by the Scranton Times Sport Writers.
