After four years at Rider University establishing herself as a Division I post player, former Dunmore Lady Bucks standout Victoria Toomey is returning home to play for her former coach Ben O’Brien while in graduate school at the University of Scranton…Under NCAA COVID-era rules, Toomey, who had season highs of 19 points and eight rebounds in Rider University’s 66-63 overtime win over Marist College, has one year of basketball eligibility remaining…Do you remember Josh Kosin of Holy Cross named state Class 2A Player of the Year 10 years ago?…
