Keystone UNICO was one of the 145 entries represented in this year’s Saint Patrick’s Day Parade in Scranton.  Although it was quite chilly, six members braved the cold to the cheering crowd on the parade’s 50-minute route.  Shown at the parade’s staging area are, from left: Bob and Sylvia Tagert, Chapter President Louise Ligi, Mark and Michele McDade, and Tom Carlucci.
