Actors Circle to present “Mornings at Seven”

Among the cast members of “Mornings at Seven” to be performed by Actor’s Circle in March are, from left: Debra Demming, Mike Lally, and Cathy Rist Strauch, a native of Dunmore.

Actors Circle will presents the comedy “Mornings at Seven” by Paul Osborn, at Providence Playhouse, 1256 Providence Rd., Scranton on March 2-5 and March 10-12. Thursday, Friday and Saturday performances are at 8 p.m., and  Sundays at 2 p.m. Tickets are $15 General, $12 Senior, $10 Student; and on Thursday, March 2,  all tickets are $10.  

This charming portrait of smalltown, America, takes place at a time when life was simple, with no computers or internet. The life of four sisters is upended as they deal with the changes some family members decide to take on.  You will find a connection with your own family in watching the interactions of these characters. 

Staff members for the upcoming production of “Mornings at Seven” by Actors Circle include, from left: Britt Demming, assistant director; Jason Narcoonis, assistant to directors; Jessi Teevan, director; E. J. Leeson, understudy, and Mark Fryer, producer. The show opens on March 2 at Providence Playhouse.

This production is presented through special grants from the Lackawanna County for the Arts and Culture, and The  Scranton Area Community Foundation.

This show is directed by Jessi Teevan, with Britt Demming as assistant director, and assistant to the directors is Jason Narcoonis. Producers are Mark Fryer and Harry Adelman.

Members of the cast are Debra Demming, Jeff Ginsberg, April Holgate, Ray Hopkins, Nina Kemp, Mike Lally, Harry Powell, Cathy Rist Strauch, a native of Dunmor;, Poshi Walker, Reed Walker, and E.J. Leeson of Dunmore is understudy.
