Ann Genett Named New President of Scranton UNICO

The Scranton Chapter of UNICO installed a new president, officers and members of the board in its first face-to-face gathering since the onset of Covid 19.

The new president is Ann Genett, third from right, a supervisor of special education with the Scranton School District. Dr. Frank DeFrank, third from left, National President of UNICO,  administered the oath of office.

Ann Genett is the fifth woman president of the chapter and the second of two back to back women presidents.

Proudly standing with Ann are her family, from left, sister-in-law Kathy, brother Marty, Dr. DeFrank, President Genett, nieces Anna and Casey Genett.
