Molly Dempsey Clark, Esquire, an attorney with Fellerman & Ciarimboli Law, has been appointed zoning solicitor for the borough of Dunmore.
“As a Dunmore resident, I have a special interest in working to ensure the borough’s zoning ordinances and hearings are handled properly and fairly,” said Attorney Clark. “Dunmore is a wonderful place to live, work and raise a family.”
A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, she earned her Juris Doctor law degree from Duquesne University School of Law where she received the CALI Award of Excellence in Law and Medicine.
Clark joined Fellerman & Ciarimboli in 2013 and currently concentrates her practice on personal injury, premises liability, medical malpractice, auto accidents and truck accidents cases. She is also well experienced in contract and partnership disputes, employee discrimination, and banking and commercial litigation.
Prior to returning home to northeast Pennsylvania, she served as a law clerk with McGuire Woods in Pittsburgh and the Allegheny County District Attorney’s Office, and worked for one of the largest law firms in the country, Jones Day in Pittsburgh.
A member of the Lackawanna, Luzerne and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and the American Association for Justice, Attorney Clark has been admitted to the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Pennsylvania. She was recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016, and named a 2014 Pennsylvania Outstanding Young Lawyer and a 2016 Top Outstanding Young Lawyer by Philadelphia Magazine.
Active in the local community, Attorney Clark serves as a board member with Lackawanna County Human Services and the Day Nursery Association. She resides in Dunmore with her husband, Tom, and children, Tommy and Ryan.
