Dunmore Senior Center recently planted a Serviceberry Tree in the Dunmore Senior Center Community Garden in memory and in honor of long time board member Santo “Sandy” Cancelleri who passed away in April.
Sandy’s family as well center board members participated in the planting. A tree marker made by Dunmore DPW was installed which in part reads: “… the Serviceberry tree will give to nature just as it was Sandy’s nature to give.”
