Robert J. Mancuso, a lifelong resident of Dunmore, who is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Wayne Bank, was recently recognized by the Pennsylvania Bankers Association for his 40 years of service to the banking industry.
A new inductee to the 40-Year Club, Mr. Mancuso was honored at the Pennsylvania Bankers Association Group 3 meeting that was held on April 5 at the Scranton Cultural Center, Scranton.

Mr. Mancuso has served the banking industry in various executive leadership roles for four decades and is a graduate of the University of Scranton with a bachelor of science degree. in accounting, as well as an MBA with a concentration in accounting. He also holds a High Honors Degree from the University of Wisconsin School for Bank Administration.
The Pennsylvania Bankers Association, located in Harrisburg, is the state’s leading banking trade association representing an expansive and diverse membership. The Association offers extensive continuing education programs, government relations representation on behalf of the industry, and provides numerous products and services for banks and their employees.
