PennDOT District 4 recently held a lunchtime wellness education program. Employees were able to participate in a lunch time health and wellness program.
Programs included activity tables, fitness dice game and lunch and lean coach to 5 K. Employees learned what to expect in a 5K Race which included pre-race and during the race and as well as some tips for safety preparing for their first 5K.
