The Lackawanna County Commissioners presented a proclamation to Mary Marrara, center, in recognition of her being selected as “UNICAN of the Year” by the Scranton Chapter of UNICO.

She is being honored for her outstanding service and devotion to a wide variety of area charitable causes.  Co-owner of P & M Associates, Mary has also been cited by a number of nonprofit, civic and municipal organizations for her contributions to their causes and operations.
