Community partners, patients, staff and leadership from Allied Services Integrated Health System gathered for the grand opening of the Dunmore Rehab Center. The brand new facility, located at 315 South Blakely Street, adds to the non-profit health system’s 13 existing outpatient locations in Lackawanna, Luzerne, Monroe and Wyoming Counties. This new resource for patients and the local community represents a significant investment and indicator of growth for Allied Services; it is their first new outpatient rehab facility in 10 years.
The Dunmore Rehab Center, under the direction of Clinic Manager, Ashley Reedy, PT, DPT of Gouldsboro, joins Allied Services’ outpatient rehab team which offers a wide variety of rehabilitation programs including pediatrics, orthopedics, spine, women’s health, sports medicine, balance, lymphedema, arthritis, stroke and other neurological disorders.
“Our outpatient rehabilitation centers are known for the quality of care, breadth and depth of experience of our staff and ultimately, the positive outcomes we achieve with our patients. We’re excited to be able to serve our patients in their own communities with these new, patient-centered facilities, all while offering access to the same highly experienced, compassionate professionals as always” commented Cathy Guzzi, PT, DPT, MS, Assistant Vice President of Outpatient Services.
